piece out has finally opened in wicker park in the former lille gallery. the counter-only storefront has its own separate kitchen, meaning reduced wait times compared to its sister resto, piece. walk-in customers can get a look at the stainless-steel brewing tanks filled with house brewmaster jonathon cutler's ever-changing concoctions. half-gallon "growlers" (jugs of beer) are avail to take-out customers only. now
