ladies, start your engines. chima brazilian steakhouse just came to town, and it's definitely going to get up on your grill.
the name comes from the portuguese word "chimarrao," meaning cow. and with 16 varieties to choose from, mix and match pork, filet mignon, chicken and lamb. the churrasco (brazilian bbq) is made all the more lavish when you factor in the table-to-table rodizio service. what does that mean for you? attractive waiters dressed in authentic gaucho garb slicing meat off giant cooking skewers until you're stuffed. if you brought your veggie lovin' date, there's an impressive salad bar with southern brazilian breads and some blue cheese mousse corn. the biz, chima churrascaria, is a family-owned joint based out of uberlandia, brazil, so you don't have to worry 'bout unflavorful tex-mex takeout here. the resto holds 350 in the main dining section, as well as two back rooms for all those private pig-outs.
but here's the rub: you're gonna have to put off your diet 'til next week.
